Refunds

Last updated 3 November 2026.

In plain words. If something you bought from me is not right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you get all your money back. You do not have to give a reason. The refund goes back through Lemon Squeezy to the way you paid, and your licence key stops working. The vRamble app is free, so this only concerns paid products: today, vRamble Studio and its packs.

  1. The promise. Within 14 days of your purchase, you can get a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to vRamble Studio, any later major version sold separately, and packs.

  2. How to ask. Email support@vramble.app from the address you bought with, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, and include your order number.

  3. How it is paid. I approve the refund in Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy returns the money, including the tax you paid, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

  4. What happens to the licence. When the refund is made, the licence key is disabled and its activations stop working at the app's next check (within 30 days, or at once when you press Check now). Studio's features then stop, and a refunded pack stops being available. The free vRamble app keeps working, and what you already made stays yours to open.

  5. After 14 days. Write anyway if something is badly wrong (for example Studio cannot be installed on a supported system and I cannot fix it). I decide these case by case.

  6. Abuse. Lemon Squeezy may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse, under its buyer terms: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms (opens in a new tab).

  7. Your legal rights. This policy adds to the rights your consumer law gives you. It does not replace them.
