Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026.

In plain words. You may read, share links to and quote this site. The writing, stories, pictures and videos on it belong to me unless a page says otherwise, so please do not republish them whole. Downloads come with their own licence. Use the forms honestly. The site is offered as it is, and buying anything here has its own terms.

  1. Who runs the site. assemfarag.com and vramble.app are run by Assem Mohamed Farag Ahmed Farag, an individual, Mithaq St 1, Zahraa Nasr City, Cairo, 11762, Egypt. Contact: support@vramble.app. vramble.app is part of the same site, and these terms cover it too.

  2. Using the site. You may browse, link to any page, and quote short parts with a link back. Do not copy whole pages, stories, episodes, pictures or videos to publish elsewhere without asking me first.

  3. Who owns the content. The text, stories, characters, artwork, audio, video and design on this site belong to me unless a page names another owner. Trademarks and names of other companies belong to them.

  4. Downloads. The free vRamble app comes with its own licence, shipped with it. vRamble Studio, including its 7-day trial, is covered by the vRamble Studio licence agreement, which you accept when you install. Check the published checksum before you run a download.

  5. Forms and emails. Use the newsletter, waitlist, contact and quote forms only for yourself and with your own email address. Do not send spam, harmful links or unlawful content. I may delete messages and block senders that break this. The privacy policy explains what the forms store.

  6. Buying. Purchases, today vRamble Studio and packs, are made through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. The free vRamble app involves no payment. The terms of sale and the refund policy apply, together with Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms (opens in a new tab)).

  7. Links to other sites. Links to YouTube, TikTok, Bundlified, Lemon Squeezy and other sites lead to places I do not control. Their own terms apply there.

  8. No promises. I try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Product descriptions, requirements and tested configurations are given in good faith and may change. Nothing on the site is professional advice.

  9. Liability. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for loss caused by using or being unable to use the site. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not let anyone take away.

  10. Changes. I may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

  11. Law. These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
