In plain words. The vRamble app is free and you do not need these terms to use it. These terms are for what I sell: today, vRamble Studio and its packs. When you buy, you buy from Lemon Squeezy, which resells it for me. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, adds and pays the right sales tax or VAT, and emails you a receipt with your licence key. You pay once. Studio gives you a licence for three computers and every update of the version you bought (every 1.x release). If you change your mind within 14 days, you get all your money back.
1. Who sells to you
The products on assemfarag.com and vramble.app are made by Assem Mohamed Farag Ahmed Farag, an individual, Mithaq St 1, Zahraa Nasr City, Cairo, 11762, Egypt ("I"). They are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment, and is responsible for charging and paying sales tax and VAT. 2. What you buy

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Lemon Squeezy adds tax where it applies, and may show the price in your currency.
The vRamble app itself is free, with no price, no licence key and no activation. It involves no payment, so Lemon Squeezy has no part in it.
Other products may join this store later. Each one's page will say what it is, and these terms will say how they apply to it.
3. What you receive
Right after payment, Lemon Squeezy emails you:
- a receipt (from Lemon Squeezy, as the seller),
- your licence key, and
- a download link.
Setup downloads the parts it needs from their publishers. Voices and other models are not part of the purchase: you download the ones you want from their publishers, each under its own licence (listed in the app). Some downloads are large (several gigabytes).
4. Before you buy
- System requirements. Studio needs what vRamble needs (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, on an Intel or AMD processor; 8 GB of RAM; about 15 GB of free disk; an internet connection for installation and downloads) and a ChatGPT account with Codex for drawing. Drawing on your own computer instead is optional and needs an NVIDIA card with 8 GB of video memory, 32 GB of RAM and about 60 GB more disk. macOS, Linux and Windows on ARM are not supported.
- Try first. Studio has a free 7-day trial. Use it to check that Studio runs on your computer. When it ends, Studio's features stop until you enter a key; the free vRamble app keeps working.
- Studio is early access. It has been tested on few computers and will change between versions.
- Unsigned app. Until a code-signing certificate is in place, Windows SmartScreen may warn you the first time. The download page shows how to check the file and continue.
5. Licence
Your purchase gives you a licence under the vRamble Studio licence agreement (shipped with the app, and published at https://assemfarag.com/legal/eula before Studio goes on sale). You do not buy the software itself, and you may not resell or share your licence key.
6. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked. See the refund policy, published at https://assemfarag.com/legal/refunds. This is in addition to any right of withdrawal or other right your local consumer law gives you.
7. Later major versions
There is no renewal and nothing renews. A later major version (2.x), if one is ever sold, is a separate product with its own key; buying it is optional, and your 1.x key keeps working for every 1.x release.
8. Support
Support is by email at support@vramble.app. I reply within 3 working days. Studio's early-access buyers also get a private channel with me. There is no phone or live-chat support.
9. Problems with payment
For payment, tax or invoice questions, contact Lemon Squeezy through your receipt. Please ask for a refund before opening a dispute with your bank; a refund is faster.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms govern the purchase transaction with Lemon Squeezy.
